I have read and understood the Notice of Event and agree to follow the official event guidelines, eligibility requirements, verification process, safety instructions, and competition rules.

a) Every registered contestant should provide their original ID's before the event to verify their participation. b) Contestants who don't hold Indian Passports DO NOT come under Local Categories. c) All Under 18 contestants should be accompanied by their parents or guardians. d) All contestants must abide by the rules of Surfing Federation of India & should behave responsibly during the event. e) During any interviews with media, contestants should speak positively regarding the event & SFI. Contestants speaking negatively about SFI, will be barred from future SFI events. f) All contestants are strictly prohibited from public smoking, alcohol and narcotics at the event venue. Any such offence will immediately be dealt with suspension. "

INDIAN OPEN OF SURFING, 2026 This release bars your rights to recover damages in the case of an accident injuring you. READ BEFORE SIGNING ! In applying to INDIAN OPEN OF SURFING 2026, I promise to inspect the contest site and assure myself that the area is safe for surfing and further agree I WILL NOT surf in the contest unless I am satisfied that the area is safe for surfing purposes. In exchange for INDIAN OPEN OF SURFING acceptance of my entry form, I voluntarily agree to assume all risks incident to the sport of surfing. I fully understand and comprehend the dangers of surfing created by the forces of the ocean and the ocean waves. With full knowledge, comprehension and understanding of these dangers, I voluntarily accept and assume all risks involved in the spirit of competitive surfing. I have read and will comply with all the INDIAN OPEN OF SURFING rules and regulations noting existing weather conditions, and do agree that I voluntarily assume all risks arising from conditions related to use of the contest site by others and myself. In consideration of your acceptance of my entry I intend to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, hold harmless and release forever discharge SURFING FEDERATION OF INDIA, INDIAN OPEN OF SURFING, Mantra Surf Club, SURFING SWAMI FOUNDATION and Other Sponsors, their members, agents, and any officials connected with this competition, from all liabilities, for injuries and damages whatsoever arising from my presence or participation in the above described event and do hereby grant the sponsors/officials such release herein.
